    Rebecca Green – Managing Director / Co-founder

    Rebecca’s career over the last 20 years has seen her have success in many roles and industries.  Real estate sales, building an international wedding planning & production company, owning multiple fitness studios internationally and of course, the creation of the successful Frida’s Sip n’ Paint brand. Her attention to detail, fearless attitude and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life have seen her and her businesses win multiple awards. Rebecca is excited to play an integral role in the growth of the Frida’s brand and to be able to offer a turn key solution to potential franchisees that will provide freedom and flexibility in their lives.

    Shaun Green – Business Manager / Co-founder

    A Chartered Accountant with thirteen years professional experience. Seven of those years were spent with HSBC Bank on an international post with the role of International Group Accountant. Shaun has also launched, built and successfully operated a group of F45 fitness studios in Australia and internationally between 2015-2019. The pinnacle of this experience was being awarded #1 F45 franchise in Australia in 2018 out of over 400 studios. Shaun played a huge role in the establishment of the Frida’s brand and continues to provide invaluable strategic direction for the Frida’s team and oversees the entire business operations of the group.

    Bronte Isaac – Franchise Manager / Lead Artist

    Bronte has been with Frida’s since day one and has been a shining star within the business. From Artist, to Studio Manager and now Franchise Manager & Lead Artist. Bronte understands every facet of the business to ensure the success of our franchisees. Bronte plays a critical role in the onboarding and launch of every new franchisee from the training of owners and staff to finalising the studio setup and hosting launch sessions.

    Bethany Charles – Marketing Guru

    Bethany is a marketing & communications specialist with an interest in social media, PR, content creation and digital marketing strategies. Bethany graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) with distinction and has worked on a diverse range of projects since. Projects have included the successful launch of 3 different brands, including Frida’s. This experience and training have allowed her to develop a unique range of skills, knowledge and techniques rarely seen in the industry. Bethany is responsible for the marketing strategies and overseeing the implementation of these strategies for our franchisees and the brand as a whole.

The same goes for the guests that come to our studio, no painting experience is necessary.  The Frida’s model has been tried and tested as an investor-run model with great success.  We assist with the recruitment and training of your staffing needs to ensure the running of your studio is up to the gold star Frida’s standard.

    Our business model allows you the flexibility to decide your own level of input. The flexibility of this model suits an investor to an owner/operator and everyone in between. We can go through this in further detail as you progress through the enquiry and onboarding process.
